TerenGO LLC ("TerenGO," "we," "us") has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. We are committed to creating a safe environment for all users and take immediate action against any content, behavior, or accounts that endanger children.
TerenGO is designed for users aged 18 and older. Users must confirm they are at least 18 years of age during the account creation process.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited on TerenGO:
Any content that sexually exploits or endangers children, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Solicitation or grooming of minors
Any communication intended to exploit, abuse, or endanger a child
Sharing, distributing, or requesting exploitative content involving minors
Using TerenGO to facilitate any form of child exploitation or trafficking
Creating accounts for or on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age
3. How to Report Abuse
If you encounter any content or behavior on TerenGO that you believe may exploit or endanger a child, please report it immediately using any of the following methods:
In-App Reporting
Report a user: Tap on the user's profile, select the three-dot menu, and choose "Report User." Select the appropriate reason and provide details.
Report a message: Long-press on a message in any chat, and select "Report." Provide a description of the concern.
Report from event attendees: Event organizers can report attendees directly from the attendee list via the three-dot menu.

When we receive a report related to child safety, we take the following actions:
Immediate review: Reports related to child safety are prioritized and reviewed as quickly as possible.
Account suspension: Accounts suspected of violating this policy are immediately suspended pending investigation.
Content removal: Any content that violates this policy is removed immediately upon identification.
Permanent ban: Users found to have violated this policy are permanently banned from TerenGO with no option for appeal.
Law enforcement cooperation: We report all instances of apparent child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations, including preserving and providing relevant account data and content as required by law.
5. Cooperation with Authorities
TerenGO cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation. This includes:
Reporting suspected CSAM to NCMEC as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
Preserving account data, communications, and other evidence when required by valid legal process
Responding to lawful requests from law enforcement agencies in a timely manner
Proactively sharing information when we reasonably believe a child is at risk of harm
6. Prevention Measures
TerenGO implements the following measures to help prevent child exploitation on our platform:
Age restriction: All users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
User reporting: Multiple in-app mechanisms for reporting suspicious content and behavior
Account moderation: Reported accounts are reviewed and actioned by our team
Blocking: Users can block other users to prevent further contact
Identity accountability: Features like reliability scores and reputation ratings help maintain community trust
